For the display of all the gifts in my daughter's Harry Potter themed Chistmas tree Advent Calendar I decided to do the same as last year, when I suspended a cut-off tree-branch between two ropes and hung it across the window of her room. In fact, I'd kept last year's branch! I wrapped each ornament box in pretty white and silver Christmas wrapping paper adorned with silver ribbons, and added numbered labels. Last year I'd made Harry Potter themed labels with the numbers 1 through 24, and they fitted perfectly with this year's theme!
Below I give you my self-designed labels for private use only, just right click and save! They fit on A4 sheets.
I then hung the gifts from the branch using white string. I'd also decorated the branch with a battery operated snowflake light chain and some silver and white Christmas baubles to make it prettier and more festive. Here's a photo of the branch right after completion, before it was hung in my daughter's window:
It feels very satisfying to have completed this project, almost a year after I started planning, and 3 months after I started buying supplies and crafting. It has taken so much more time and effort than I'd anticipated, but I'm really proud of myself and satisfied with the result. I hope my daughter will appreciate my efforts and will treasure her Harry Potter Christmas Tree this December and many many Decembers to come.

The magic starts tomorrow! Harry Christmas everyone!
